In 1994 Ms. Fotini Boli opens the secular center "Fotini's little house" where she takes her first steps by taking on receptions for weddings and baptisms. After 10 years of successful progress, she creates "The Mansion of Fotini", her first hall now for receptions and various social events where people embraced with particular warmth as all receptions were always a guaranteed success. So, the next step in 2011 was to create another space of high standards and requirements, the "Elisa" banquet hall.

After these successful steps in the organization of wedding receptions and baptisms, the many years of experience as well as the demands of the time, in November 2015 we decided to forcefully enter the field of the entire organization of a wedding and a baptism as well as catering services. This is how we created the company "Mon Eliza", a place of high aesthetics where future newlyweds will be able, with the help and many years of experience of the partners, to choose the best items from the wedding dress and the groom's suit to the invitations, favors, the photographer, the sound-lighting coverage and the DJ as well as the tasty delights that the catering we created will recommend. In 2017 we created yet another luxury space, the Mont Elisa Atelier.
